Every treatment begins with listening and understanding what brings you in, allowing us to tailor each treatment to your needs and goals.
With a focus on head, neck, jaw, and upper body, we also work with a range of musculoskeletal concerns and injuries, creating a professional and welcoming space for women, children, families, and individuals of all backgrounds.
Before Your Appointment
Parking Accessibility
Parking is available on-site; however, spaces in the parking lot may be limited during busier times.
If the parking lot is full, free street parking is available nearby for up to 3 hours. Please be sure to follow all posted parking signs and restrictions.
Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow time to find parking before your appointment.
Building Accessibility
Our clinic is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. Unfortunately, there is currently no elevator access to our clinic. If you have accessibility or mobility needs, please contact us before booking so we can discuss your options
Arrival Information
When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting room. There is no receptionist on-site, so you may not be greeted immediately upon arrival.
Your RMT will come to greet you at the time of your appointment. If you arrive a few minutes early, feel free to relax in the waiting area until your appointment begins
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Missed appointments may be subject to a 100% fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. Fees may be waived at NUOVA Massage Therapy's discretion
